Though I'm sure you already know this, there's no need to ask permission to use my bases. As long as you credit me in the description of your work, that's all you need to do.
Speaking of crediting, let me explain how. In the description of your work, just put something along the lines of "base by @ Priest-bases" (without the space between "@" and my username). You can link back to the base if you want, but it's not necessary. However, ONLY linking back is not enough. I can't see your work unless you mention me.
Using my bases for art trades/commissions is fine, but only if the person you're giving said piece to is alright with you using bases. It's like people only do things because they get paid. And... that's just kinda sad.
Frankendolling my bases is fine, only if the other person is fine with it. Uploading a blank frankendoll and claiming it as your own base, however, is NOT alright.
Don't just take my bases and upload them as your own completely blank. Not cool, man.
I don't take requests for bases. Contract or no, I don't bow down to any sponsor.
(unless, of course, I specify that requests are open. This will only be for limited amounts of time, however.)
I probably won't make a blacklist, but if I do and you're on it, don't use my bases. Don't worry. You'll get used to it. It's like a new pair of underwear. At first, it's constrictive, but then it just becomes a part of you!
My bases can be used for adoptables (free, points and real money)
That's all I can think of for now. If I have to add any rules, I will. We'll try harder next time, OK? (I wonder how many people picked up on the Wayne's World references...)
